Google Deskbar

Yes, Google has another new tool, the Google deskbar.

The workings:
The deskbar indexes the entire harddisk, all text in documents, mails, visited websites,… When you then search google.com, it allows you to search your HD as well.

It looks like a nice tool, but I miss the possibility to specify where I want to store the index. Also, visited webpages are only supported when you use IE, no firefox.

In conclusion, I like most of Google’s programs, but I’m going to let this one slide.
